I tend to fly F/Suites and J on SQ.

For the former service is indeed very good — having status matters less.

In J, I have to say service is amazing. I feel valued as a customer. I find it matters the most here as it is a more mass market product. Things like dine on demand, attention to detail are what I value on SQ and staff willingness to really please customer.

By comparison, I fly a lot on LH group as well as OW.

Tho I have Senator status, I find service very transactional to sometimes rude and n LH group. The few times I do have an excellent crew on LH and LX it stands out (this applies to intra-euro J). I refuse to fly LH group long haul until Allegris is fully rolled out as the current hard product is very substandard for the prices charged. F is fine on LX and LH (particularly when you have crew who are more experienced, which is not always a given), hard product aside.

As for OW, I used to like the onboard service on BA, particularly as OWE but feel they have gone downhill (understandably as they have fewer staff on legacy contracts and pay them far worse than SQ — similar problem with LH group with the numerous cost cutting airlines they have opened up).

QR is ok but by no means great — better than the above but far worse than SQ (also find QSuite too cramped) with lack of storage.

United and AA are a mixed bag — had some great flights with them but some down right scary in terms of crew attitude. Polaris product is decent. AA Flagship Lounges have nice touches, like bloody Mary bars an extensive food offerings. However, Polaris lounges being fantastic.

Taiwanese carriers are great but don’t fly enough to Taiwan to judge on a day to day basis.

JAL might be a contender in F but J they are not polished enough.
