I'm still having an "active ongoing discussion" with Amex - I had it confirmed that I qualified for my spend/voucher on 28th October (photo taken of the chat) and was told to wait 7-11 days. Up to 14days now and still no sign so another online chat and apparently they have to refer it to the back office team which will take another 5-7 days. What a mess this whole change is and I'm not in the least bit surprised.
