A workaround to access your existing bookings would be to get the booking reference number from your booking confirmation email and go direct to the Manage My Booking section of the BA website. Enter the booking reference number and your surname. This will enable you to access and manage your booking.
(This won't solve your Executive Club access issue but at least you will be able to access your existing bookings online).
