Incidentally, Schiphol has 3 queues for security: regular, fast track and 'time slot'. If you download the Schiphol app, you can book an appointment for security. This is entirely free, and you can even book the slot as you are walking from the car park or train. You choose a time and can be +/- 15 mins on that slot. Because it's new and underused, you can basically rock up to security and have a good chance of a shorter queue than the people using privium / fast track. Eventually it will go the way of the Disney fast pass and everybody will be using it, but in the meantime I recommend it at AMS.
