Thank you ffgap and Nicolas, but my interest in either hotel is simply due to my early morning flight out of BER home to the states. Way past clubbing now, but transit connections seem to make the Moxy preferable, but the area around the Dwarf seems more to my liking (and overall safety?), thus I think it quite likely that Dwarf would be preferred.

As a side note, the Acora hotels seem to be starting to populate on IHG if you request them for multi-night stays some time in January 2025, on.
