I have ard 14k miles expiring in 2026. It can only redeem a Rd trip from Seoul to Jeju. I do plan to visit Korea in 2026/27 and might redeem the domestic flight if there are no other option.

Like OP. There is no banks with Korean air as transfer partner in Singapore.
No idea on the IHG account sorry, but very simple to set one up and the offers are around on and off all year, so you won't miss out.
