While I don’t think the lack of fast track warrants compensation I do believe this issue is another IT failure in BAs side.

in AMS a few weeks back I (gold) was travelling with my partner (bronze) in Y. I had fast track printed on my BP, my partner did not. Both showed as group 1. It was quiet and Ams security let us both in fast track but said that if it’s not on the BP there normally access to fast track would not be granted.
