Update: I used the missing stay link and stated in the comments that I was registered for the 2 promos of 2k points each that my 2 night paid stay was eligible for but when the stay posted I did not receive those bonus points nor did it come 3-5 days later as mentioned in the terms. I provided all the requested info and uploaded my folio. A couple of days later they sent me an email stating that they see that the stay posted to my account and thanking me for being a member totally missing my comments which had mentioned that the stay had posted so obviously they missed the point of the request.

I responded stating just that and reiterated that I was looking for the missing bonus points and this time attached screenshots of the 2 promotions. Yesterday they responded that my stay was eligible for both promotions and I'd be receiving 4,000 points. The points are already in my account and were actually attached to the original stay in my activity (they did not post them as new activity lines).
