Trying to book MNL-BKK next week and can see loads of TG availability through *A partners but nothing shows up for an SQ partner award search. Is there a known issue with SQ searches on TG or is SQ blocking them?
Edit to add: Seems all TG routes are not showing on the SQ website so definitely an issue with the system not seeing TG. I will try call instead.
Just called. Phone agents can't see any TG availability either. I asked them to raise a webs support ticket so that it can be fixed.. but no idea how long that would take.
TG has posted to its members there are some issues with awards beyond 01 Dec 2024 using its own ROP. Availability has come and gone, but it is hoped this is resolved by TG soon. No idea if the availability seen on other partners is actually bookable...
