Heck... recently there were dozens of media stories that used "Gate Lice" in the headlines for the AA boarding changes. Gate Lice is an offensive term that should not even be used in a forum (like Lounge Dragon) much less as a headline in mainstream news. Treating a human being as lice or a dragon is repulsive.
