I will know in a few hours how it is going to be as I board my AC flight out of YQM. Already they are announcing and emailing and texting the flight is full and to free check in the carry ons. I wonder why they don't sky check it if the over head is full? Lots more would do that instead of it ending it up at the baggage belt.
