To my surprise, touchless ID was available at SLC! I found the logo on my boarding pass when I checked in this past Wednesday.

Using the dedicated lane, I was able to skip about 10 people who were in the normal PreCheck line (of which half of the people were giving me dirty looks - hey, it's your fault for not opting in)!
Didn't save much time though - there was a good chunk of people in front of me waiting for an open spot + the bins were backed up. Overall, it took about 5 mins to get through TSA.
