Ticket issued by United (12hrs ago). 4 legs in total, 2 on United. I upgraded the two Lufthansa flights: One using Star Alliance mileage upgrade and another using PlusPoints.
Both upgrades were confirmed immediately, I have the confirmation mail and was also able to choose seats in the upgraded cabin on both flights on LH.com. The LH reservation page shows this correctly.
One of the upgraded flights is now missing from my trips on United and I see this:
A modification has been made to your itinerary.
Please reach out to United Reservations, link opens in a new tab, or contact your travel agency to have your ticket reissued.
The remaining flights are also listed out of sequence.
But when I called United, they say the missing flight still hasn't been upgraded (??)
The agent also didn't know why this leg is missing from my trips and does not show up as "upgrade pending" if that were the case.
I tried telling her that the reservations were confirmed, I have proof (as above). But she kept repeating the same thing again, so I thanked her and hung up
What am I missing?
