I see a Business Traveller article online from 2014 with a bunch of pictures that match with the current design scheme. I've been through there a few times a year over the last few years, and certainly the wood flooring was getting quite worn along with some furniture pieces. We've all seen lounges in worse shape certainly, but if they're doing a mid-life refresh before it gets dire, that's welcome.
