Had a bit of a nightmare morning, due to be flying up to meet my parents in Scotland. My little girl vomited over herself at the airport….so we had to come home. Rang BA and they said in order to rebook we meet a medical letter. Fine, got a video consultation with a GP now waiting for the letter to come through.

So I’ll ring back and then…will they give me an email address to send the letter to?

They said they would waive the transfer fee so I’ll only pay the difference in fare to rebook, is this correct?

Does anybody know how long this will take? Our return flight is Saturday so ideally want to fly up Tuesday to make the most of the time up there.
