I called them at 18:00 the day before, and they said one place was available. I got up at 03:00 and called again - but that place was taken. What is strange, though, is that a friend who traveled on the same flight said half of the business class was empty (I had a business class ticket). In a 2-3 configuration, only the 2 side was occupied, and the entire 3 side was empty. So I am not sure why the system told the Ultimate agent the flight is full ...
