I now can't see reservation details in the app anymore, for reservations made via said app... Ugh what a crap IT this program has.

Edit: app refers to hotel. Brand website (Pan Pacific) gives an error: "We are only able to retrieve reservations made via our website or toll free call centres. "
They can't seriously expect guests to call/email the hotel simply because neither digital channel can display the booking properly?!
