Assuming you're not looking to buy and outfit your own Global Express (at a cost equivalent to three 737s), you'll probably be limited to what charter outfits near you have on hand. At the midsized and up levels, some of the cabins can be quiet snazzy, but I've never seen any "designed for a prince" configurations on offer.
