yeah, it likely a way for EVA to make extra money knowing that people will pay more for a TPE--US cities vs a Southeast asia--TPE-US cities. makes me want to skiplag.

i was considering an LAX-->TPE-->HKG-->RMQ just so I can do the 50% off on mileage redemption that was posted not too long ago.
