Yup, same thing happened to me. Even tried to call service team and they pushed the transaction through on their end and it still didn’t ticket.
May have to do a chargeback on the points bundle since I’m not able to use them.
Same thing happened to me, agent pushed it through and ticket was confirmed. it was for a flight 3 days out. However after i ended the call, ticketing wouldn't issue ticket and so booking expired. another agent said I just have to wait 7 days. but based on feedback here about earning, since I'm going to be transiting through FRA next month, i'll just make sure to make some purchase there to earn some points and hopefully it works after.
