The answer is even worse than you might expect. The answer is "it's impossible to know".
It's too far in advance to put any stock whatsoever in a PVG flight equipment. It's always subject to last minute swap, but they could change the patterns of swapping next year (for example, CX new J Aria was recently swapped in to a daily roundtrip to PVG, a totally unforeseen development even a few months ago). Put short form, there is no way for us to know what or how CX will be swapping that flight 7 months from now.
Except to say, both as of now and historically, CX absolutely does and will swap PVG pretty regularly in far shorter time-frames than 7 months.
Cx could swap that plane 3x before June. Or it could hold all the way. Just impossible to know except to say it's definitely not set in stone. Sorry it's not answer you probably hoped for.
