Has anyone had any of these recent bonus mile promo offers automatically apply to their account? I just realized I've had to contact Frontier all 3 times I've had bonus offers in order to get them applied. Last time it took several months to get sorted and quite a few back and forth emails, so I'm not really looking forward to it, but I suspect this is the standard operating procedure just to get people to forget/give up on these bonus miles.
I went ahead and submitted again on this missing miles today, on Nov 9th. Will update if/when I hear back from Frontier and if they make things right.
