At which point should I board if I want to play the YBYL game?
I don't want to be the person holding back everyone either.

I'm on Paid Flex PEY fare and after the upgrades were processed, I become #1 on the list, I think there's a non-zero chance I can get it if there's a no-show... At which point should I cut my losses ?
