I was going to stay at this hotel the first week after the soft launch. However the lack of email communications (except for an offer for paid upgrades

) meant I had to call them to ask about things like benefits and breakfast timings.
I've never stayed at the Wanda and couldn't find pictures online to compare to those on the Marriott site. But acc to the FD person I spoke to, there have been minimal renovations - they misinterpreted my question and thought I was concerned there might be glue smells and the like.
I eventually did not stay there as my plans changed, so we'll have to wait for someone else I guess.
