Another positive experience as a Titanium member - I recently stayed at the Apurva Kempinski Bali and had a wonderful experience.
I booked a grand deluxe lagoon room and got a two-category upgrade to a ocean cliff suite.
Also had access to their cliff lounge, which is only open to suite guests.
The hotel is very classy and beautiful, and the service is fantastic.
They also offered me late checkout but I did not take it as my departing flight was in the early afternoon.
