Per the wiki pre-orders open somewhere between 30 days out and close 72 hours before the flight. The exact timing is not a definitive number of days, and may depend on when the menus are finalized. I'm pretty certain status does not factor in. You should check your booking on line or in the app to ensure you did not miss an e mail and/or it ended up in your spam.
