BA32 HKG-LHR earlier this week.
The 787-9 was downgauged to a 787-8 so along with plenty of folk on the flight in 3 cabins I had an involuntary downgrade - in my case from F to J. The J experience was better than I’d feared - very good crew and even though it was old CW seating I had a pretty good sleep on the 14+ hour flight. I’d eaten prior in the outstanding CX Pier First lounge but enjoyed what I had on board with the exception of the cheesecake which wasn’t great.





Salmon pretty good and not at all dry
