I think it’s rather smart to use a trolley for place settings on rhe 789/old 359/388 since there’s only a single galley and a large J cabin. I don’t think it materially makes the service worse, and arguably improves it. So imho the trolley isn’t any sort of indicator of a QR downward spiral.
