Might've had an agent do it wrong, or perhaps your flight was being marketed without PS?

I'd check your receipt to see if they actually reissued, otherwise you may have a nasty surprise that you have an invalid ticket when you try to check in.
What fare bucket does your itinerary show vs the receipt? Domestic D1 should be OX
And... does your RUC still show as open or is it closed?
