On that date your tier point collection year will move from 8 January to 31 March along with everyone else. So on 1 April 2025 there is an assessment of how many tier points you earned in the previous 12 months, and you will therefore qualify the second time around. Under that scenario you will retrain Silver until at least 31 March 2026. This means you will have Silver for your Qatar trip. But you also have the option to earn Silver between 8 January and 6 March, which will presumably be harder but will give you Silver again to 31 March 2026. In between, if you earn 300 before 8 January and 300 between 8 January and 31 March - well it would give you Silver on 1 April, but not for your Qatar trip.
Thank You so much for this detailed and simplified information. I understand it much better than on youtube.

As a solo traveller I have found that ba holidays are much more than when travelling in pairs.

If i were to book a ba holiday would my TP be credited after I completed a trip or will it take time to show in my account. If that’t the case, im thinking of completing my trips well before 8 January.

Alright thank you.
