BEWARE. They will not honor changes even when rooted in the agent's mistake (booked Dayton instead of Daytona!). They will keep your payment, and even if market costs are below your original payment, they charge you a difference and fee not supported by the market. They have over USD6K of my money and refuse to issue a corrected ticket that I can buy for USD4K on Expedia, but because they have the money already, they are bullying me into giving them more money. They are a scam. Do not take risks with them! Buy from a legit company, which they are not.

On the Better Business Bureau and you will see real reviews not the manipulated Google or unverified reviews, likely from bots.
