Being in Canada is fairly tough now since April when WS flights (not that it might have been much of an option of of the east) stopped giving XP. DL turnaround flight? Y TB flight gives 5 XP. Has AM returned to YUL? Otherwise it's France and beyond. There is that new 2x(?) weekly YUL-PTP flight.... Only one date in November though and it's hugely expensive.
As up thread, there is the Accor ALL link. Can do a stay at a Fairmont or other Accor property and get 5 XP.
