Known Issue: M+ not Auto Redeposit Award from Split Ticket Cancelation
Had award ticket in F for x pax. Split the ticket, and cancelled two pax while keeping the remaining. I had noticed that the canceled miles were not automatically redeposited. I waited 4w. I just called M+. It redeposited, and agent told me it was a known issue.
