Hi
Ryanfozzie
Interesting query, so we'll try our best to narrow down the search!
We know the following aircraft went to Kemble post BA's B744 retirement which narrows things down a little for us:
G-CIVB - Negus
G-CIVJ
G-CIVL - OneWorld Titles
G-CIVN
G-CIVO
G-BYGA
G-BYGB
G-BYGE
G-BYGF
So by process of elimination, we know it can't be G-CIVB or G-CIVL as neither had red paint through the upper deck windows. If we are sure the date is 24 Sept 1996, that leaves us with VJ,VN and VO.
If the date is 24 Sept 1998 (that last number is not very clearly stamped), then we are left with BYGB,GE or GF as the entire upper deck of G-BYGA was removed and is used for the B747 experience (where you can take a flight with afternoon tea etc. in a CW seat).
It narrows things down a little, but still leaves us with a few options.
If you had any further information, it would be helpful - and also note none of these aircraft were broken up in 2020, all were 2021 onwards and the last BA B744 retired to Kemble (pre-covid) was broken up in 2016.
