MAN-LHR delayed this morning (bus gate from MAN which is, apparently ususual then slot delay). Missed conformance for connection to INV. Rebooked for 1755 tonight and downgraded. Agent rang gate to see if they’d let me on which was declined. Wandered to gate (A5 -same aircraft as the MAN sector) and boarding just commenced !! Asked again but declined.
It’s just frustrating having to waste a day here given that I would have been at the gate before boarding started had I not have to have been rebooked.

I was on the 1391 from MAN this morning (I take it you were on the early one) and ours was parked on 143 and another on 142. According to flight radar the aircraft on 142 is doing the 1030 MAN-LHR having nightstopped. So there must have been 3 nightstoppers last night which is usual for MAN? Cant see any sign of IRROPS yesterday.
We too were early boarding but late arriving due to a slot delay- made my IST connection but no lounge time today.
Work your way down the cocktail and wine lists??
