Hey guys,
just thought I’d ask this for my friend’s grandmother
Her flight was originally on the BA206 (06/11/24) but was cancelled due to engine problems.
She was then rebooked on the next one BA208.
She therefore arrived 3 hours later than originally planned. One of her bags didn’t make it to Heathrow. BA was then able to locate it and is now being processed.
Would she then be entitled to UK261 compensation or any form at all?
Just thought I’d make sure as I want to make sure I give the right advice.
