The amazing software team that AS had around 2014-2019 has been diluted, mostly because of upper (even more--upper upper (read "innovation")) management.
The addition of non-AS teams has helped throughput, but quality has gone down and often the ones holding the bag and solving the problems are longtime AS people. A bunch of these problems aren't even bugs--just environment settings because non-AS teams don't understand the big picture.
