Just stayed here for 3 nights. Had business in town and crossed with a large convention, so the usual spots were all extremely expensive.

Not the best experience. Upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. 2 elevators only- very creaky. Last inspection certificate date was 2022. I won’t lie, I felt a little unsafe. Small footprint, odd shaped room. 2 full bathrooms with tubs. Beautiful view of the lake and park. When I got into the room, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, and all the drawers were open. Room had a musty smell. Shelving in the bathrooms were too close to the sink, which meant awkward positions as I tried to wash my face. The AC in the room was a wall unit, and it rumbled loudly when on, making it quite difficult to fall asleep. The breakfast benefit is indeed paltry. $15 at the coffee shop next door. Charged to room- they literally kept the $1.88 extra on top of the $15 on the bill. In most hotels, there’s no way that charge sticks. That $16.88 btw was for a breakfast sandwich and OJ.

If not for exorbitant prices due to another future convention, I don’t think I will return by choice.
