Singapore Airlines groundstaff were informing all checkin passengers destined for Indonesia that this health pass is now compulsory as part of formalities to visit Indonesia.
At the gate G8 it was announced again over the speaker.

Singapore Airlines informed its passengers on its website and even reaching out to booked customers about the necessity of this tourist tax.
However as with all things Indonesian,
- infrastructure starts up slow as it needs IT + allocated airport space + officials
- although helpful people, central government planning vs local government implementation awareness
- procedure test run phase to be tweaked to be effective and efficient so might appear lax
- but once gaining traction, the proces becomes easy to understand as IT: QR solutions
- you are dealing with entry and exit immigrationpassport control and the 4 formalities register your passport number
- anyone dealing with travel formalities & bureaucracy, must be prepared to observe and plan for contigency (printed copies or back up data (screenshot) on mobile devices: multiple source checks)
