Someone asked a similar question a couple of months ago. The answer is yes. The Alaska web search is not showing these. It's probably a bug.

The only way I can find TYO - TSA or TPE on JL, is by searching married segments, and usually this must be done from the advanced search flexible dates / award calendar. For example, using flexible dates I can find SFO-TPE via NRT on 12/2, and SFO-TSA via HND on 12/2 and 12/3. You can use AS to book JX, but the miles cost is higher, or you can get a connection on CX.
