What time and day does the outbound flight depart? The hotel and/or car hire component must “… be for a minimum of five nights within the flight travel dates” that means any hotel occupied prior to departure of your outbound flight will not count toward the 5 night requirement. It appears from what you have posted your trip is only for 4 nights and therefore does not satisfy the conditions of the promotion.
Afternoon on Sunday. So I’d be away on the holiday over midnight for Sunday night - but would be on the plane at midnight!
