Usually 3 or 4 hot options (varies from day to day) and a very large cold selection inc, various types of ham, ,sweetcorn etc , various torilla chips , popadoms, prawn crackers etc with chilli sauce etc ,cheese. Also a number of deserts in small glasses ( 3 or4 types usually). No limit on numbers
Drinks on request inc prosecco iircr, sprirts, red & white wine and a few cocktails on the menu) as well as soft drinks
Enough for a good light or full dinner ( if not too fussy). I found the selection more than enough for dinner and the selection was very good ( better than conrad london and conrad tokyo though tokyo migt have a slightly better alcohol selection ie inc sake)., One of the better spreads that I have experienced ( inc singpaore and japan lounges)
I don't think they do made to order omelets at breakfast in the lounge but breakfast options are good and breakfast restaurant is very good
