Where are you going? It depends on the route as it's dynamic and changes all the time. Just did a quick few dummy bookings there for you and got -

DUB-JFK-DUB - €43 off for 7,000, €64 off for 10,750, €85 off for 14,625 and €106 off for 18,575 (one week in January)
DUB-BOS-DUB - €44 for 7,175, €66 for 11,125, €88 for 15,200, and €110 for 19,350 (same week in January)
DUB-ORD-DUB - €48 for 7,875, €71 for 12,050, €95 for 16,500 and €119 for 21,075 (same again)
DUB-LHR-DUB - €30 for 4,725, €37 for 5,950, €74 for 12,600 and €112 for 19,725 (same again)

I have not much over 20,000 sitting in my EI account, so I don't know how that changes if I had say 100,000 Avios in there. You could always see how you go and then transfer them back if you didn't want to go ahead with it.
