Hoping someone will be able to help but based on BA website that Tier Points can be earned on JAL domestic flights where operated by Japan Transocean, I made a tier point run booking for Class J (business class) on JAL website - I previously did this earlier in the year and tier points posted with no issue (but was operated by JAL).

I've used the manage booking function on BA to look at the fare code as JAL doesn't provide this and it seems like the fare code is X. According to the flight calculator on BA it doesn't seem like X is eligible to earn tier points.

Does anyone have another data point or any knowledge on this? Any help would be much appreciated - unfortunately my ticket is non-refundable so wouldn't be able to get my money back!
