What you are seeing is the effect of everyone moving onto the new, aligned TP collection year of 1st Apr - 31st Mar.

In your current year of 1st Apr 2024 to 31st Mar 2025, you have already amassed 640TP. That was the adjustment you saw. As such and due to that, you will retain Silver until 30th April 2026. This is without any baby adjustment. Your account won't show this date yet, but will update after the end of your TP year on 31st Mar 2025.

Any extension for maternity leave will be added to that. I don't know how long they normally give, but if it's 12 months, then it obviously gives 30th April 2027.
