The 6:30PM flight (DL2385) is the last flight of the day to TPA on the 28th and there are no connecting alternatives after 6:10PM (so OP would be stuck overnight if flight is missed). Basically, OP should probably keep an eye on MSP weather forecasts and the status of the inbound flight to TUS and try to route via ATL if it looks like there is a chance connection will be missed.
