Aer Lingus customer services have advised that “companion vouchers don’t get access to the lounge, even when booked in business class” – Is this true?
Manchester has two third party lounges - Escape and 1903. Escape seems to be for AerClub members and 1903 for business class passengers.
I could of course get access into the Escape Lounge, as I would be getting access using my Concierge + guest access. But we were hoping to go into the 1903 Lounge (for business class only) as we have friends travelling with us that also have access. Does the 1903 Lounge ask to see the specific lounge pass, or do they just accept the boarding card?
Thanks for any help or advice you can offer.
Hey, sorry I know this is a bit random. Am thinking of using my companion ticket for a trip to the US next year,. Doing research on it and was wondering were you charged a carrier imposed fee (£450) each way on this ticket or just the taxes etc ? Thanks in advance.
