My original tier point collection date: 30th Oct 2024
My original card expiry date: 30th Nov 2024

I managed to get silver earlier this year so the dates changed to:

Tier collection : 30th Oct 2024
Card expiry: 30th Nov 2025

When I passed October, all my tier points reset to 0 as expected however I've just checked and I've been credited 640 and the tier collection has changed to 31st March 2025

We're expecting a child in Jan so the plan was to email [email protected] with the birth certificate and try to get an extension. The query I had is, will it be extended to March 2026 or Nov 2026?
