I have tried different computers, different browsers with the same result. A code sent to my previous number that is no longer available. On the phone, BA tell me they have updated my number and that they (the agent on the phone) can see no reference to my old number.
Is this something BA are actively working on because the impression from this small sample is that many people are currently unable to access their accounts. Do BA know, do BA care and are they actively working on a solution? The response from BA in post 176 suggests in was "reported" to the systems team, but this does not mean they have anyone other than the intern looking at it.
This is fast becoming very frustrating now.
