Nice and spacious compared to other in-the-city hotels I've stayed at recently.
P2 was quite happy with the soaking tub.

No, but we did not identify ourselves as Inner Circle to the restaurant.

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Nice room
- Comfortable bed
- Was able to apply F&B rewards through the IHG app.
- $50 room credit for using the secret password
- We liked the breakfast. The welcome benefit voucher was good for the American Breakfast ($24) or $15 for other menu items.
- Nice upgrade from base king room.

Bad:
- No room was ready at 2:45 pm; when I inquired about guaranteed 10 am check-in, they told me it was 'upon availability'. We received a room around 3:30 pm, but were apparently bumped from the 10th floor down to the 2nd floor.
- Air conditioning woke me up a couple of times.
- No Inner Circle recognition, at check-in, I was thanked for being a credit card holder.
- No welcome amenity

Felt like good value compared to other options in the city.
Cash night was $213.19 with taxes on the AAA rate, the award night was 40k points.
